We advise different national and international consortia in the study, bidding process, and execution of diverse public works concession projects, especially in the area of port facilities.

Furthermore, we constantly advise investment funds in the areas of power generation in Chile and abroad. We also take part in the development and financing of mining activities.

Our experience comprises of the resolution of controversies in arbitration between the concessionaires and the Ministry of Public Works, where some of our members have been appointed as arbitrators in the past.
